Eyelash treatments can also be provided at our eye salon in Rotterdam (less than a 10-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station, with a tram stop right in front).
(In this case, no travel fee will be charged.)

If everything is correct and you wish to confirm your booking, please proceed with the payment via bank transfer.
Your reservation will be confirmed once we have received your payment.
If payment is not made within 48 hours (or by 10:00 p.m. the day before, if your appointment is soon), your booking will be automatically cancelled.
For clients booking an eyelash menu, a consent form will also be sent to you. Please complete and return it once you have received it.

From Rotterdam Central Station:

Around The Hague →approximately €15
Around Amsterdam →approximately €40
Around Utrecht →approximately €30
The prices listed for areas outside Rotterdam are approximate.
The exact fee will be confirmed once we have your address details.
Important Information Regarding Reservations
【Cancellations and Changes to Your Appointment】
○ Contact made at least 24 hours before your appointment
→ A full refund will be issued.
(Refunds are only available via IBAN bank transfer.)
○ Contact made within 24 hours of your appointment
・If you contact us by 10:00 p.m. on the day before your appointment:
→ A refund of 50% of the total treatment fee + the travel fee will be issued.
・If you contact us after 10:00 p.m. on the day before your appointment:
→ Only the travel fee will be refunded.
・If contact is made after departure on the day of your appointment, or if treatment cannot be carried out due to absence or any other reason:
→ No refund will be issued.
If you wish to make another appointment, please note that you will need to book and make a new payment.
An appointment is a valuable commitment that ensures time is reserved for both parties.
While we understand that unexpected schedule changes or illness may occur, please note that the above policy will apply to all cancellations or changes, regardless of reason. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Additional Notes:
・As preparation is required before visiting, we generally do not accept same-day cancellations, changes, or additions to your booked menu.
If we are able to accommodate a change, additional fees may apply and must be paid on the spot.
Please note that we cannot provide refunds for any reductions or cancellations made on the day.
・Due to scheduling constraints, treatments will be performed within your reserved time slot.
If you are not present or available to begin at your appointment time for any reason, your treatment may need to be declined.
In such cases, no refund can be provided.
Please ensure you are at home and ready for treatment at the scheduled time.
・For safety, efficiency, and quality reasons, we kindly ask that treatments not be carried out near small children.
We appreciate your cooperation in securing a safe and comfortable environment, such as arranging for children to wait in a separate room.
・Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be refused future bookings.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation, as these policies are in place to ensure smooth scheduling and preparation for all clients.
